1. What is a Prevet?
A Prevet is a structured request you send to podcasts in your network. It packages all your campaign parameters—advertiser details, ad format, flight dates, audience filters, and any custom questions—into one easy form.
2. How do I set up a Prevet?
Log into Ossa and navigate to the Prevet tab and click Create a New Prevet
Fill in required fields (advertiser, spots, dates) and any optional questions.
Apply filters to target specific shows or leave wide open for full distribution.
Hit Send—creators receive an invite to opt in.
3. What happens after creators receive the Prevet?
Creators have a 48‑hour window to respond with their interest, availability, and answers to your custom questions. Their submissions appear instantly in your Ossa dashboard and you will receive email notifications when there is interest in your Prevet.
4. How do I turn responses into an RFP?
Once you’ve collected enough opt‑ins:
Close the Prevet in the dashboard (no need to close the Prevet is the timeframe has ended, it will close automatically.)
Navigate to the Overview tab and click on the 3 green dots next to the Prevet and click Export.
Receive a clean CSV file in your email inbox containing show names, download stats, demographics, placement details, and custom responses—everything you need to finalize your RFP.
