Why isn’t the invite link working for a new network member?

If a network member receives an error when clicking their invite link (such as Your token was expired. Please try again.”), the link has likely expired. Invite links are only valid for 10 minutes after being sent.

To resolve this, you will need to send a new invite. We recommend informing the new member in advance so they can accept the invite promptly.

This time limit is in place to ensure network security.
