What do I need to include in the CSV import?

When setting up your Network Dashboard, it's essential to ensure all required information is included in your CSV file.

Step 1: Download the CSV Template

  • Once you click on Step 1 in the dashboard, the template will automatically download to your computer.

  • Open the template in your preferred spreadsheet tool, such as Numbers, Excel, or Google Sheets.

Step 2: Required Fields for Each Podcast

For each podcast you’d like to add to your network account, fill in the following required fields:

  1. Podcast Name

  2. Email Address (must be unique to the respective podcast; if a podcaster has more than 1 podcast, you can use the same email address so they can manage all podcasts on one account)

  3. RSS Feed Link

  4. Account Holder/Host Details:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Phone Number (Optional)

  5. Itunes ID (ex: 1166583478)

  6. Youtube Channel ID (Optional)

Phone Number Guidelines

  • Enter phone numbers with the country code (numbers only; avoid additional characters like parentheses, dashes, or spaces).

  • Examples:

    • U.S. number: 14155552626 (1 + area code + remaining digits).

    • Australian number: 61412345678 (61 + mobile number) or 61298765432 (61 + area code + landline number).

iTunes ID or YouTube Channel ID Guidelines

iTunes ID:

  • The iTunes ID is typically a 10-digit sequence found at the end of your Apple Podcast URL.

YouTube Channel ID:
To locate your YouTube Channel ID:

  1. Sign in to YouTube.

  2. In the top-right corner, select your profile picture → Settings.

  3. From the left menu, select Advanced Settings.

  4. Your channel’s user and channel IDs will be displayed.
    Note: You must be signed in as the channel's primary owner to access this information.
