Getting Started Guide for Networks and Talent Managers

Getting started with Ossa on the Network Dashboard.

Step 1: Log In or Create an Account

  • Log In:

    • Enter your email and password in the login fields and click "Login."

    • Forgot your password? Click "Forgot Password?" and follow the instructions to reset it.

  • Create an Account:

    • Click "Create an Account" at the bottom of the login page.

    • Enter your email, confirm it, create a password, and confirm your password.

    • Click "Next" to proceed.

  • Third-Party Login Options:

    • You can also sign in or create an account quickly using your Apple or Google account by clicking the respective buttons.

    Your Basic Information

  • Fill in your basic contact details:

    • First Name, Last Name, Phone Number

    • You will receive an SMS to verify your account. Once confirmed, you'll set up your Network.

    Set Up Your Network

  • Add information about your network:

    • Network name, website, and LinkedIn URL

  • Upload your network's logo

Step 2: Invite Your Podcasters

  • Download the CSV Template:

    • Click "Download CSV" to access the template.

    • The template is also sent to your email for convenience.

  • Fill in the Template:

    • Add your podcasters' details, ensuring all required columns are complete and accurate.

  • Upload the CSV and review the list of podcasters added from your CSV upload.

    • To remove a creator from your invite list, unselect the podcast from the list before proceeding.

3. Navigating Your Dashboard

Home

  • The Home section provides a snapshot of your network’s performance, including total campaigns, revenue, impressions, and top creators.

Campaigns

  • Overview: View a high-level summary of all active, completed, and pending campaigns.

  • Prevets: Manage pre-vetting campaigns to gauge creator interest before launching.

  • Campaigns: View detailed information about active campaigns, including performance metrics and creator participation.

Creators

  • View All Creators: See a list of all creators in your network, including their campaign status and performance metrics.

  • Remove Creators: Select a creator from the list, click the "Remove" option, and confirm your action.

  • Invite More Creators: Use the "Invite Creators" button to expand your network by inviting new participants.

Payments

  • The Payments tab provides an overview of transactions, including pending, completed, and partial payments for creators.

  • This is also where you initiate and manage payments to creators.

  • You can export payment records at any time for tracking or reporting purposes.

General Settings

  • User Permissions: Manage who has access to your network and assign specific roles to users.

    • Adding a New User:

      1. Go to Settings > User Permissions.

      2. Click "Add User" and enter the user’s details, including email and role.

      3. Send the invitation for them to join.

    • Removing a User:

      1. Navigate to Settings > User Permissions.

      2. Find the user and click "Remove Access."

      3. Confirm the removal.
