Getting Started Guide for Creators

You've been invited by a workspace owner (agency, network, media org) to join their account. How does this work?

Step 1: Sign Up & Log In

  1. Open the Ossa for Creators app and tap Start.

  2. Enter your email address (all lowercase letters) and tap Send to receive a magic link.

  3. Check your email for the login link and tap it to access your account.

Step 2: Confirm Your Podcast

  1. The app will display the podcast(s) associated with your email.

  2. Select the podcast(s) you want to manage.

  3. Tap Confirm to proceed.

If your podcast isn’t listed, ensure you are using the correct email associated with your RSS feed.

Step 3: Add & Verify Your Prefix

  1. Add the Podscribe prefix to your RSS feed on your hosting provider’s dashboard.

  2. After adding the prefix, return to the app and tap Next.

  3. The app will verify the prefix:

    • If successful, you’ll see a Verified confirmation.

    • If unsuccessful, follow the on-screen instructions to retry or seek assistance.

Step 4: Provide Additional Information

  1. Answer a few questions about your podcast:

    • How many episodes do you publish monthly?

    • What is your ideal CPM rate?

    • What types of ads are you able to publish? (Baked-in, Dynamic, Affiliate, etc.)

    • Which ad placements do you prefer? (Pre-Roll, Mid-Roll, Post-Roll)

  2. Tap Start to complete your setup.

5. Campaigns & Prevets

Viewing Available Campaigns

  • Navigate to the Campaigns tab to see new opportunities.

  • Campaigns will show estimated earnings, advertiser details, and available slots.

  • If no campaigns are available, you’ll receive a notification when new ones open.

Answering Prevet Questions

  • Some campaigns require additional information before approval.

  • Select the podcast(s) applying for the campaign and answer any required questions.

  • Submit your answers to move forward.

Applying to Campaigns

  1. Open an available campaign to review its details.

  2. If you meet the criteria, tap Apply.

  3. Once accepted, you’ll receive the campaign brief and talking points.

  4. Start recording and follow the campaign requirements.

6. Tracking & Managing Payments

  • Navigate to the Payments tab to track your earnings.

  • View paid and pending payments for each campaign.

  • Payments are processed based on campaign terms.

That’s it! You’re now ready to start monetizing your podcast through the app.
